Hilltop Encounters is the annual international conference of watchman catholic charismatic campus fellowship.

It was instituted some 23 years ago as an instrument of redemption, reformation, restoration, refreshing, revival, and refocusing to multitudes of youths.

Previous hilltop conferences have been used tremendously by the lord to bring about positive changes in the lives and destinies of many youths.
Many have been saved from soul–damning sins, sicknesses and satanic bondages. Others have received godly wisdom for prosperous living. And yet, others have received divine impartation that turned them into great instruments in the hand of God.
